Exceptions can typically be completed on the following business day. Extensive repairs may require that the technician take the machine to the nearest CA branch location. We make every effort to minimize your downtime when repairs are needed.
Our goal is to respond to service calls within 8 business hours, on average. Our actual response time averages meet and surpass this goal. Service requests made outside normal business hours are dispatched on the next business day.
In the U.S., our customer service hours provided from our corporate headquarters are 8 am to 5 pm (CST), Monday through Friday. Standard hours of operation at our network of Branch offices are 8 am to 5 pm (local time). Note: Some Cummins Allison Branch offices offer extended hours of coverage for service. Manufacturer trained technicians
Every Cummins Allison service representative is required to attend regular training and continuing education classes at our headquarters. We deliver over 4,500 hours of training annually to make sure our technicians are up to date.
Classes focus on new technologies, improvements in machine design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and how to help customers stay up to date on the latest currency regulations.
