Cummins introduced the first JetScan™ currency scanner in
1991 and changed the concept of currency
handling forever. The JetScan currency scanner does more than just count the number of bills in a stack; it actually identifies the denomination of every bill processed
-- at up to 1,500 bills per minute. As easy to use as a currency counter,
JetScan's patented technology speeds currency
handling while increasing accuracy.
Cummins continues to lead the industry with technological advances!
Imaging technology on Cummins JetScan™ iFX™ series provides unsurpassed versatility in a tabletop unit. Counterfeit
protection is brought to a new level when the JetScan iFX is equipped with serial number capture, allowing storage and management in a database for tracing back to their source.
Fitness sorting is available on
select tabletop, two-pocket scanners.
With Jetscan™ Currency Scanners:
Mixed currency can be processed without presorting. JetScan
currency scanners provide the total, individual counts and values for every bundle of mixed bills processed.
Various levels of counterfeit detection are available, depending on your specific needs. Cummins utilizes technologies that catch many counterfeits that normal magnetic and ultraviolet sensors miss.
Different levels of suspect detection settings can be designated for each denomination, allowing for higher screening of larger bills, without the hassle of stopping on $1's and 5's.
You never have to worry about a $20
bill being counted as a $1 bill. While counting a single denomination,
the JetScan currency scanner will stop whenever a bill of another denomination is presented.
Bills can be quickly "faced" so they all have the same colored side up and even "oriented" so that all of the pictures are right side up.
Basic
fitness detection (JetScan two pocket model
