JetScan™ is far more than a currency counter! The JetScan currency scanner recognizes the denomination of each and every bill processed.

With the JetScan currency scanner, you can take mixed currency from your currency acceptors and run it at up to 1,500 bills per minute! It can count the mixed total without stopping, or you can set it to count one denomination and stop at every bill that is not the target denomination.

Even if you don't get mixed money, the JetScan currency scanner can pay for itself quickly by finding the $5 bill that your route person changed for a customer while servicing a machine with a $1 bill acceptor.

Catch More Counterfeits -- Using patented denominating and authenticating systems, JetScan currency scanners can reduce losses to counterfeit bills. A variety of anti-counterfeit sensor options are available that stop JetScan on the exact "suspect" bill for review by your staff.


Catch Strangers -- While counting one denomination, the JetScan currency scanner stops when any other bill is processed. A $5 bill is never counted as a $1 bill. And, if desired, the JetScan currency scanner can stop on "strangers" while still adding their values to the total count for the entire batch. This is very popular for counting and sorting currency from multi-denominational bill validators.


Sort Mixed Money -- Using the "stranger" mode, the JetScan currency scanner quickly and easily sorts mixed currency by calling out denominations other than the one being processed. Or when the currency is "layered" with the $1's together and the $5's together, etc., then the "sort" mode is available for fast sorting.


Face Currency -- For faster and more accurate currency processing, the two-pocket JetScan currency scanner can be set up to face sorted or unsorted money. Often, facing can be combined with two or more processing steps.



Count Mixed Currency -- For a quick count, without separating the different denominations, you select the "mixed" mode and run the bundle of currency. The display can show the count and value of each denomination counted, plus the final total. For a permanent record, print out the results using an optional printer.
