Expandable and
Configurable for Greater Throughput and Performance!
Amusement operators have unique high-volume currency processing
requirements. The Cummins JetScan™ MPS 4100 Expanded currency sorter
responds to those requirements by allowing you to add key currency sorting features,
while maintaining non-stop processing with utmost accuracy.
The Cummins JetScan MPS 4100 Expanded has all the features and functions of our standard
MPS 4100 currency sorter,
including advanced counterfeit note detection methods such
as ultraviolet, magnetic and fluorescence detection.
The MPS 4100 Expanded currency sorter also offers these key
expansion options:
| Strapping Modules |
Dramatically increases overall currency sorting
throughput.
10 straps per minute
speed assures non-stop 1,000 note-per-minute operation.
Count sensors in each strapping module provide dual count accuracy.
Dual stacking pockets allow one stack of bills to be strapped, while bills are collected in the second pocket.
Two collection bins allow the filled bin to be removed & replaced, while the other bin continues collecting strapped currency.
Straps can be imprinted with transaction data, such as operator/teller number, date, sequential number or other additional text.
Front access makes reloading rolls of strapping paper or changing denominations quick and easy.
| Space-Saving
Corner Modules |
Offers
solutions for vaults and soft count rooms with limited
space.
Allows
versatility in configuration.
Increased
productivity.
Greater
visibility of the currency sorting process.
| In-Line Bar Code
Processing |
Handles casino tickets, control documents and coupons.
Bar-coded documents are automatically processed with the integrated bar code scanning module and data is transferred to the JetTouch application software.
| Continuous Batch Processing |
Handles multiple transactions consecutively
-- without
stopping -- to maximize throughput.
The high-volume stacker can be loaded
and reloaded even while the currency sorter is in operation.
Utilizing control documents, each batch maintains its own record as if processed individually.
Control documents for completed batches are sent to one offsort pocket. Control documents for incomplete batches, plus any rejected notes, are sent to a second pocket for quick and easy re-processing.
| Add-On Cassette Modules |
One to four of these modules can be added to increase system capacity.
Each provides two additional 2,000-note capacity cassettes.
These two cassettes can be used to collect the same or different documents, including currency, bar-coded tickets, control documents or coupons.
The module tops provide an extra work surface in a convenient location and height.
